NeuroVirt in the USA

From London to the U.S. - our journey is just getting started.

NeuroVirt was born from academic research and co-designed with clinicians, hospitals, and patients in the UK. Today, it’s already making an impact across NHS sites and private clinics - helping patients regain movement and independence through immersive, game-based rehab.

Now, we’re proud to bring that same mission to the U.S. - a healthcare system that’s ready for innovation, scale, and more accessible neurological care. With rising demand for stroke and brain injury rehabilitation, and a growing focus on tech-enabled therapy, the time - and the need - is now.

We have been working closely with stroke survivors, clinicians, and rehab teams across the United States - from New York, to Texas, to California - to bring NeuroVirt’s immersive technology to more people in recovery.

And while the healthcare systems may differ across borders, the needs are the same.

Across our sessions, we’ve heard a shared desire for rehabilitation that is more motivating, more accessible, more personalised, and more effective.

Recovery from a neurological injury is hard, but we believe it shouldn’t feel like an endless grind. That’s why we design XR-based tools that support the brain’s natural ability to relearn through movement, and make that process as engaging, adaptive, and clinically sound as possible.

From real-time compensation tracking to fatigue-aware game design, we’re building tools that align with the everyday realities of neurorehabilitation, not just the ideal conditions. That means creating systems that are responsive to patient needs, flexible to clinical settings, and designed to drive better outcomes.

One mission, two continents, and as many lives changed for the better as possible.

Why NeuroVirt?

Say goodbye to repetitive exercises and hello to engaging, impactful solutions. Our software prioritises quality of movement, ensuring patients not only regain mobility but do so in a controlled manner. We offer remote monitoring capabilities, making it an accessible solution that improves adherence and movement ability, ultimately improving quality of life and independence.
